ABOUT US
At Stepchange Education, we recognise that every child is unique. For this reason our programmes are tailored to suit the individual needs and learning styles of each particular child we work with.
We have developed an innovative set of teaching tools called the Comic Phonics Toolbox. The programme includes a full set of resources. We also have many other resources to support the older dyslexic student or young person who is finding some aspect of literacy difficult.

We realise that dyslexia services are expensive. For this reason we like to deliver training to lead Teaching Assistants or SENDCO Teachers so that you can provide excellent interventions in your school. Our methods work for all children who are struggling to read and spell.

As well as training, we offer a full range of others services including diagnostic assessments, exam access arrangements and supervision.

At the heart of our philosophy is the firm believe that learning to read and spell should be fun.
Dyslexic students often need lots of repetition. We have a whole range of games and gimmicks to help children stay engaged. All our activities are very carefully graduated and scaffolded to ensure maximum learning.
